QuestionPoint fortifies libraries in the Internet Age says ONLINE magazine

In the May/June 2003 issue, columnist/librarian Mick O'Leary writes: "QuestionPoint shows every likelihood of fulfilling its promise...Responses are uniformly thorough, accurate, and demonstrate a lot of diligent, imaginative reference work. It shows that the two most important foundations of QuestionPoint—the skill and helpfulness of its reference librarians—are rock solid." Developed by the Library of Congress and OCLC, QuestionPoint is a network of reference librarians that serves users via the Web 24 hours a day, seven days a week.ONLINE magazine logo
