This release of WebScript (V.1.0) software ("Software") is distributed under and
its use is subject to the following terms & conditions:

1.  You agree to accept the Software AS IS and you agree that you are using the
    Software at your own risk.

    NEITHER OCLC ONLINE COMPUTER LIBRARY CENTER, INCORPORATED ("OCLC") NOR ANY
    OTHER PARTY SHALL HAVE ANY OBLIGATION TO YOU WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE,
    AND NO PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT,
    CIRCUMSTANTIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER,
    REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY UNDER WHICH THE SAME ARE CLAIMED, AND
    REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SAID PARTY HAS ANY PRIOR KNOWLEDGE THEREOF.  YOU AGREE
    THAT THE SOFTWARE IS NOT CONSUMER GOODS FOR PURPOSES OF FEDERAL AND STATE
    LAWS (INCLUDING WARRANTY LAWS).

2.  You shall defend, indemnify and hold OCLC harmless from any and all claims,
    damages and/or causes of action, of whatever source or nature, resulting
    from your use of the Software.  Said indemnification shall extend to, but
    not be limited to OCLC, the programmer(s), creator(s) and/or developer(s) of
    the Software, as well as their employees, agents, contractors, officers,
    trustees, directors, successors, heirs and assigns.

3.  The use of this Software is subject to all current and future United States
    export laws, and you agree to comply fully with same.  You shall be
    responsible for paying and/or complying with any and all import laws,
    customs, regulations, tariffs, duties and fees, procurement, and data and
    technology transfer laws, of the country into which any import is made.

4.  There will be no maintenance or support furnished for the Software, and no
    representation is made or implied that any further versions or revisions
    will be available.

5.  No warranties or representations are made regarding system(s) compatibility.

6.  The Software is a Common Gateway Interface (CGI) application.  You are
    responsible for all site security issues and you agree to run the Software
    application only from a secure area on your server.  If you are unfamiliar
    with the security issues associated with operating CGI type software, it is
    recommended that you not use this product.

7.  Proper data processing procedure dictates that any problem be thoroughly
    tested with non-critical data before relying on it.  The user assumes the
    entire risk of using the Software.

8.  The Software is being made available as "freeware" at this time, but is
    owned by OCLC and is subject to all copyright protection available under the
    law.
